Build the person
you said you
would become.

OPTMZ is a gamified habit tracker and life progression app for iOS. It turns your training, habits, focus, nutrition, sleep and reading into one connected system. Every real action you take earns experience, builds your streak and moves your Life Score. Discipline you can actually see.

One system. Not eight apps.

Most people run their life across a workout tracker, a habit app, a screen time blocker, a food logger and a notes app that none of them talk to. OPTMZ connects those areas into a single progression, so effort in one place counts everywhere.

Fitness

Gym sessions, running and MMA training logged as real, measurable work.

Habits

Daily habits and routines that build a streak worth protecting.

Deep Work

Focus sessions and voluntary app limits you set for yourself.

Nutrition

Log meals manually or photograph a plate for an AI estimate.

Sleep

Sleep logging and wind down routines that support recovery.

Reading

Reading goals and timers that turn pages into measurable progress.

Discipline

Consistency tracked honestly, including the days you miss.

Progression

XP, levels and a skill tree that make invisible effort cumulative.

Progression

Your effort finally
adds up to something.

Every logged session, completed habit, focus block and page read awards experience. Experience raises your level, feeds your skill tree and moves your Life Score, a single number that reflects how you are actually living rather than how you feel about it.

  • Experience and levels earned from real logged actions
  • A skill tree that branches across each area of your life
  • Streaks that reward showing up rather than perfection
  • Achievements and characters that unlock as you progress
  • Your Life Score, one honest read on your consistency
The OPTMZ skill tree, a constellation of connected nodes branching from a central OPTMZ Core into coloured paths for Mind, Running and Nutrition, showing 35 of 175 nodes claimed.

Characters you unlock
by doing the work.

Each character represents a side of the person you are building. Outfits are unlocked in the Costume Vault with Shards, which you earn by levelling up rather than by paying for them separately.

Training

Train with a record,
not a rough memory.

Log gym sessions set by set, track runs, and record MMA and combat training. OPTMZ keeps the history so progression is something you can check rather than something you hope is happening.

  • Gym logging with sets, reps and weight
  • Personal records tracked as you beat them
  • Running sessions with distance and pace
  • MMA and combat training sessions logged alongside the rest
  • Training volume that feeds directly into your progression

Focus

Put your phone
where it belongs.

Start a focus session and choose which apps you want out of reach while it runs. OPTMZ uses Apple Screen Time and Family Controls, so the restriction is one you set for yourself on your own device. You choose the apps, you choose the duration, and you can see exactly what is limited.

  • Timed focus sessions that earn experience on completion
  • You select which apps are restricted, nothing is chosen for you
  • Built on Apple Screen Time and Family Controls
  • No monitoring of other people and no hidden tracking

Habits

The small things,
counted properly.

Build daily habits and routines around what you actually want to change. OPTMZ tracks completion and consistency over time, so a good week and a bad week are both visible instead of forgotten.

  • Daily habits with simple completion tracking
  • Morning and evening routines built around your wake time
  • Streaks that show consistency at a glance
  • Hydration and daily check ins
The OPTMZ routines screen showing a completed morning routine with three ticked habits and their individual streaks, plus a year in progress panel counting the days left in the year.

Nutrition

Photograph the plate.
Get an estimate.

Log meals by hand, or take a photo and let the AI analysis suggest what is on the plate and roughly what it contains. Results are estimates produced by a model, not laboratory measurements, and they are there to help you stay aware rather than to give you exact figures.

  • AI food photo analysis with estimated nutrition
  • Manual meal logging when you already know the numbers
  • Estimates clearly presented as estimates
  • Not medical or dietetic advice
The OPTMZ nutrition screen showing calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat progress against daily targets, water intake with quick add buttons, and options to log a meal manually or analyse a photo with AI.

AI Coach

A coach that has
read your week.

The AI Coach can see what you have logged and responds to it. Ask why your streak keeps breaking, what to prioritise tomorrow, or how to restart after a bad week. It offers general motivational and wellness guidance only. It is not a doctor, therapist, dietitian or any other qualified professional, and it does not replace one.

  • Conversations informed by your own activity in the app
  • General guidance on consistency, training and routine
  • Not medical, nutritional or professional advice
The OPTMZ AI Coach screen where the Plato character answers a question about building consistency with advice on starting small and tracking progress.

Sleep

Recovery is part
of the training.

Log your sleep, build a wind down routine and set the wake time the rest of your day is built around. Sleep counts towards your progression in the same way a session in the gym does, because it does the same job.

  • Sleep logging with a nightly sleep score
  • Wind down and morning routines tied to your wake time
  • Recovery treated as progress, not downtime

Reading

Finish the books
you keep starting.

Set reading goals, run a timer while you read and watch the total build. Reading feeds the knowledge side of your skill tree, so the quiet habit that never shows up anywhere else finally has a record.

  • Reading goals and session timers
  • Progress tracked per book and over time
  • Experience that feeds knowledge progression

Worlds

Every area has its own world.

OPTMZ is built around illustrated worlds rather than a spreadsheet. Each area of your life has a place attached to it, and progress there brings the world with it.

Why OPTMZ exists

Built for people who
already tried the other apps.

Most self improvement tools fail in the same way. They track one thing, they treat a missed day as a failure, and they never show you the whole picture. So the effort disappears and the motivation goes with it.

OPTMZ was built to close the gap between who you are and who you said you would become, by making that gap visible and closeable in small daily steps. One system, one score, and a record that keeps counting even on the days you would rather forget.

FAQ

Straight answers.

OPTMZ is a gamified life operating system for iOS. It combines fitness, habits, focus, nutrition, sleep, reading and discipline into one app, and turns the actions you complete into experience, levels, streaks and a single Life Score.

Not yet. OPTMZ is available on iOS only. An Android version is planned but there is no release date to announce, and there is nothing to download on Google Play at the moment.

OPTMZ Pro is a subscription that unlocks the AI features and the deeper progression. Pricing varies by region and is shown in the App Store before you confirm.

You choose which apps to restrict and for how long, and OPTMZ applies that limit during your focus session using Apple Screen Time and Family Controls. It only applies to your own device and only to the apps you select. OPTMZ does not monitor other people and does not see what you do inside other apps.

No. Food photo analysis produces estimates generated by an AI model. It is useful for staying aware of what you are eating, but it is not exact, it is not a substitute for weighing or reading a label, and it is not medical or dietetic advice. Speak to a qualified professional before making health decisions.

Yes. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and you can manage or cancel yours at any time in your Apple account settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies rather than by us directly.

Yes, from Settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems, subject to legal retention requirements and normal backup purge cycles. Deleting your OPTMZ account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription, so cancel that separately through your Apple account settings.

No. We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with the services that make the app work, including Supabase for accounts and storage, OpenAI for the AI features, and RevenueCat with Apple for subscriptions. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what goes where.
